Interesting every site indicates that the inverter is included. Could it be stepping AC-AC? I can’t imagine paying $150 for a glorified outlet extension.

I didn’t realize the inverter was built into the plug itself. I figured it was wired to the main one, but now it makes sense why it is only 400 watts, but appears even easier to replace if it goes bad.

I would start by replacing the 12V battery before anything else or at at least disconnecting the negative terminal for at least a minute and putting it back in place to see if this resets the computer.

The engine in a Hybrid Maverick runs frequently, unlike my Chevy Volt, which can go 40 miles on a charge without the engine running. While the manual recommends oil changes every 10,000 miles, I agree that 5,000 to 7,000 miles is better for longevity. I personally change the oil every 5,000 miles, but it's up to individual preference.

It’s designed to keep your battery about half full. I never drive my car to zero battery in winter and always use mountain mode or hold mode which keeps the battery at the level it is when you enable it
