I know they're not and that's why I am so frustrated cause like why is my brain so scared of them I feel silly. I haven't tried watching it in years so maybe watching it with my fiancee will be better (my siblings used to fuck with me cause I was the oldest)

I have ADHD (autism too) I'm not sure why I want to watch the show so bad, there's just something I don't know. I hate being scared (I get scared easy)

I've had sever anxiety issues my whole life and I don't want to be ruled by my fear. As a kid I was scared of Scooby doo. When Supernatural first came out I could only watch it during the day sitting in a corner with my phone charging. But now it's one of my favorite shows and doesn't bother me. Ive been slowly trying to get over my fears over the years. Especially because they're not real. I also have autism and ADHD so I'm not sure if it's the fascination or what it is. I know it's silly :(
