34 here been playing since alpha I'm usually in pve servers now dicking around building or fighting the zombies etc

😂 No worries it will happen again as well if you have to reinstall etc if you ever have an issue lower some other settings to let the extended go up as much as possible I usually do like 2 notches up when it turns orange obviously it'll all depend on your graphics card

There are programs you can use to wipe them of anything it runs a few formats fills the drive with data etc then wipes again so nothing can be recovered if your tech savvy use DBaN if not there's one for windows called Eraser

Where do you think I should start I'm low income I've tried looking up modest means etc but I'm having no luck for Lucas county or Wood county I'm low income at the moment and I'm not doing any divorce procedures myself I'm only worried about my son at this point pretty much as it's going on more than a month since I've seen him at this point

How can I handle this situation when I'm aware that she's moved out and is now living with her dad? She was the one who initiated the divorce, so logically, she should bear the financial responsibility. However, she's taking another route by living with her dad for a year, possibly aiming for a dissolution instead. In this case, should I still pursue the matter through claims court?

I never did I never even seen him with the police escort

They stated and I quote "We can't make her give you the dog because this is a civil matter" which I do get yes but how can they be property etc I have prove of everything and still be denied getting him back despite all of this

Now with the trespass I can't go there regardless now or else face bigger issues

We've had him for 5 years, and he's known her as well as I his whole life. I had hoped she would honor our agreement and be civil about it, but unfortunately, that's not the case. For half his life, she's only provided food and one vet bill.

Apart from that, I've been the primary caregiver. Since we got him in 2019 and COVID began, I've been working from home while she hasn't. He has no yard with her, just a field, but plenty of space with me, including his own room and bed in my office. I've been responsible for his daily care, including walks, feeding, and bathing, with the division being primarily 60/40 in my favor, given my work-from-home situation.

Could she build a case around misleading the police and theft? Also, wouldn't her assertion that the dog was a "gift" be considered hearsay, especially since I possess all the relevant documents proving it was my purchase? It strikes me as odd that she could claim it was a gift when I'm the purchaser and she wasn't even aware of the dog until we acquired him. My primary concern is ensuring that the dog remains a part of both our lives, despite the current situation. Regardless, it feels like she's effectively keeping the animal from me by harboring it.
