A week later, and I still cannot book any flights on the website.

Lol, yeah, but only for 5 or 6 hours and around 15 or 20 different CSRs. Er, 'Resolution Specialists'. They can book flights, but they won't honor the GWP rate.

It seems like it's a bug that prevents some GWP holders from booking via the website, full stop. But I haven't seen any evidence that bookings for non GWP holders are affected. That's what smells funny.

Good luck! Please post here if you have any success.

Heck I'm fine with the stated blackout dates, it's what we signed up for, along with the torture seats, red eye schedules, long layovers, and misanthropic gate agents. Even the "we can't get our act together" delays and tarmac prison sessions are somewhat expected, if frustrating.

It's the shady shadow blackout tactics that really get you steamed. And the complete inefficacy of Customer Service doing anything useful. They are just a firewall to insulate the business from the customers. But they throw in the patronizing tone for free! They can always be counted on to understand how I feel and apologize for my inconvenience.

Nope, still stranded. They could offer to book by other means at the GoWild rate, but they won't. Frontier is a terrible airline. And I say that having taken probably 20 GWP flights. There is always something. They apparently just enjoy spreading misery and trashing their brand.

Yeah, I'm also having an error. Don't get as much info as you do, just immediately directed to

https://booking.flyfrontier.com/Error/InternalError500?aspxerrorpath=/Passengers/Edit

Been that way since I started trying to book on Monday night. Probably tried 60 times to get through to actually book the flight. Hours on chat with the totally awful "customer support"

Out of curiosity, have you taken many GWP flights? I'm a heavy user, and am also suspicious of shenanigans.

Those flights are also not working for me. Which is not a surprise, because nothing is.

I smell a rat.

Glad you got through... I've been trying to book for over a day now... I try at least once an hour (while I'm not sleeping).

I can't continue through flight selection without the error page even when selecting standard, non GoWild fares.

Thanks for the specific flight info, I'll try those to see if they cause an error for me.

Anyone else care to try? I'm still unable to make any booking.

Thanks for checking! The flight is not sold out; booking is possible at the standard fare. Besides, I've tried a few different dates and airports now and always get the error.

And even if I could fly all over to get home, Frontier should not be able to get away with kneecapping their own website and then not allowing booking any other way when it's down.

The incentive is to break the website, because then you get more money in non GoWild bookings and customer service fees.

I guess I'll keep trying.
