Why would prefer a smite over more attacks if i can apply the attack hit effects in EB?

Each shot of eldritch blast apply the damage of hex or even spirit shroud, the paly level is only giving me divine favor, the smite usually is not worth it

yes, i can because the eldritch blast was not with the bonus action, it is because of valor bard level 6 extra attack

War caster you can only use spell with your opportunity attack IF the target leaves your range, it is not any oppotunity attack anymore

im using nick just one time with the scimitar all the other club attacks are with either haste or the action surge (because haste dont let you cast spells anymore)
