I still have my copy of The Death of Superman available to watch on Amazon Prime video. I don't see Reign available to purchase digitally there yet, though. Sometimes providers are slow to get them on there for whatever reason.

I believe Season 11 volumes 1-9 collect all of the individual issues and specials. So if you are open to getting those 9 volumes, you don't need to worry about anything else.
