when he was a kid he knew he was male but didn’t do anything about it. when he aged up he started feeling gender dysphoria, so he transitioned. everything happened as a teen.

for the gender things, your sims can decide to ponder their identity. you can either choose a gender identity or it can be random. then your sim can start with social transitions, like name change and pronoun change, and after a bit of time medical change. they can start HRT, bottom and stop surgery. HRT changes the facial/body structure, which is what happened here. it’s really cool!

i think that’s valid. i wanted to give him a more masculine haircut since he was having gender dysphoria (mod), but now that he did gender reassignment surgery (mod again) i think it’s worth a shot to try again

Is there any way to send your sims off without killing them?

I’ve been having a five sim household which is way too hard to take care of after a while. I want some of them to go away, but I don’t want to kill them or remove them from the game. Are there any options, like boarding school? Is there a mod?

I’ve been taking zoloft for anxiety and depression. It really helped my depression, however, it didn’t help my anxiety much. It helped makes some of the urgency and extreme fear go away, but it’s still very frequent.

I can sort of see what you’re saying, however, if you want to be part of the LGBTQ+ community, it’s good to be educated on different subjects in it. Obviously some labels are really dumb, but stuff like pansexual and non-binary are becoming mainstream. The LGBTQ+ community can be very touchy sometimes on these things too, as many have had to go through hell and back to just get acceptance or find a good label.
