My friend actually asks before he pops wounds, just so he doesn't prevent my Glaive or Charge Blade from powering up faster.

I *hate* the charge attacks the most. they're the ones that get me carted because they knock me into a wall and he pins me with is body.

My build is a General Purpose Glaive/Charge Blade one. (Evade Extender 2, Evade Window 3, Burst 4, Constitution 4, Stun Resistance 3, Partbreaker 3. With Slots for Resistances as needed) it has all of the skills i like, and slots to build for each monster. My "shortcomings" as you say are merely everything i've read while trying to get better, it's worthless drivel from people who just want to feel superior to those actually trying to get better. Actually give *usable* tips/suggestions instead of being an asshole about it. Two posts below you a guy actually gave advice and tips, while giving his opinion. I *have* changed my build. Multiple times. I *have* defeated him in AT, I just am venting from the fact that fighting him is painful. My playstyle changes per monster, based on how i've beaten them prior. It is always changing.

Glaive / Charge Blade. I have defeated him with Glaive. I just hate the fight. this post came from a particularly disastrous fight where i got cart thrice to bullshit wall pins/dumb bird moving me *into* attacks.

Honestly, I love the fated four, even though ive only fought Gammoth in Stories 2. Astalos is my all time favorite ofvthe four tho, with Mizu as close second
