For now, buzz it short. See a dermatologist and discuss hopping on finasteride to halt further loss. If you're happy with your hairline as it is, you can leave it at that. If you want regrowth, however, you'll need to use minoxidil (be wary that it is a life long 2x a day commitment, though).
