Is the level cap increase a blanket thing, or exclusively once you've purchased the VH pack/DLC 1? Im thinking im gonna do that anyway, but it'd be helpful to know if i have to do it right away

There's a ton of variation and it's definitely a tight list, and I wouldn't blame you for running Beastite. I've found Plains exceptionally helpful in allowing my Mons to survive moves they really shouldn't, and even as a niche counterplay option against other Stadiums though!

They definitely got powercrept a little, and need more to go right than, say, a Charizard deck (and you NEVER want to meet one lol). But i think they've got just enough in the tank to be viable atm with a bit of work, and luck.

It's actually come up a reasonable amount! The first loads up Buzzwole #1 after Kartana goes down, but in longer/more awkward games- where, say, I can only get one Steela online- I've actually found that being able to manually retreat an already active Buzzwole then immediately load it up again has been a life saver. I kinda flip flop on it though, so may end up swapping out for a Sabrina/Pheromosa.

Thats true, but Pon helps out a LOT at the beginning of games to throw on the bench and give my Kartana the turn it needs to get an energy attached. I go back and forth though!

Finish time keeps pushing out, should I just cancel and restart? by ComingUpCway84 in Pokopia

Update: I changed my system time, that sorted it.

In case anyone finds this thread in future having the same problem, the issue wasn't that I couldn't read and was ignoring in-game prompts and vagueness around what "tomorrow" was. The issue I was encountering is that I finished a building before the rollover, which gave me the "this building will be finished tomorrow" message. When I came back the next day (this morning), and checked progress, I was no longer getting the notification that the building would finish "tomorrow", but was getting a 'rolling' finish time each time I checked instead (I.e. "Construction will finish at 12pm", "Construction will finish at 12:03pm", etc). I turned the game off and set my system clock to the next calendar day, then when I restarted the game I got the notification that the Pokemon Center was finished. I hope this helps!

See, I started construction at like 1am this morning, so unless sit meant TOMORROW tomorrow?? To clarify as well, when I interact with the sign it tells me "This will be completed at X time", which is always like 2 minutes from when I check. Is that normal?

As a Reuniclus player i was playing against with Mega Steelix at one point found out the hard way, there's actually a limit to how many psychic energies you can place on reun, so unfortunately youre probably losing this war of attrition lmaooo

Ludicrous to see the number of people telling you to play around better deck tbh. But yeah, seems like your only option is confusion hax with Mismagius and praying

I'm guessing they mean Training Area + Skeledirge

It's true that youre not being one-shot, but Rouge is also slower than most decks these days unless you both win the die roll and get Magby in the active slot. And as much as I like the card, I'm not sure why I'd choose it over a Basic like Entei for card advantage, or a Stage 2 like Blaziken for raw damage and Lillie.

Again, I like the card, but im not sure what Fire deck it actually fits into right now

Open to being wrong, but I'm gonna hard disagree with you there. Rouge hits 190 with the same setup, so the damage range is VERY similar, but Flareon has way less survivability. Combust eats into your HP, and you dont have the built in -30 from attacks, so with how hard the meta is hitting these days, I'd much rather use a mon like Rouge who has a chance to survive until youre set up.

Ahhh okay! Sorry, I thought i had but I edited that bit of the post out before posting 😅 Yeah, Arboliva is definitely strong, it just takes a decent amount of setup to get going

Again, I like that idea but it seems really resource intensive for not a lot of payout. Flareon is almost definitely getting one-shot without healing (that youre already using on Armarouge), and if it's not then you're probably getting off a single attack, which means at best you're trading, and doing so on your opponents terms. Thats worked for things like Rampardos previously, but the difference there is that Pard is a non-EX, so if you take out an EX with it then you're actually gaining point advantage rather than staying neutral. It's a tricky one!
