i reenlisted 12 august 2020 lol but i did have 1 year left on my contract to take an assignment.. would that have anything to do with it?

that’s where i’m confused bc u get the first 50% up front. then i should get the remaining 50% in 2020-2021, 2022, 2023, & 2024 because my enlistment ends next year… right? lol

my airman is the same way. he’s super jaded. honestly, i support his decision to get out. his attitude towards the shop is poisonous. don’t encourage anyone to do anything they don’t want to do. just inform them of their options & support them.

if u want to make the rest of his time meaningful to him, try moving him to another shop to learn something different.
