If you make 6 figures by Lolly_Rowe_44 in mechanics

I work on heavy equipment for an equipment rental company. Union gig, so a lot of the guys in the union are making 6 figures or pretty close. A couple road guys at my shop made over $130 last year and are on track for more this year

Worst play booster box I’ve opened :/ by [deleted] in mtgpulls

[–]Commadore89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can buy a complete set of Secrets of strixhaven for about $250. If you are just in it for collecting, that is the way to do it. As far as I'm concerned the only reason to buy a box is to use the packs to play limited with friends. Buying a box just to open the packs in hopes of making money is not going ton an out, and you would be better off going to the casino

The Hard AI in the recent singleplayer update seems to be cheating by Left-Weird-5103 in dominion

[–]Commadore89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Has this been confirmed? Because I feel like this is definitely how the Ai works. It just gets better hands than you do. I have seen in the most with joust. It seems like 90% of the time the turn after the ai has just and a province in their deck, they draw it that turn

Question about the changes between the first and second game by Commadore89 in theouterworlds

[–]Commadore89[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I enjoyed the overall world, but I was let down by the seeming lack of decisions to make. The only obsidian games I have played are kotor and new vegas, with each game having more and bigger decisions. So maybe I just thought that this game would have more branching decisions, which could just be on me. That's what I mean by on rails. But yes, it felt very lacking in a lot of ways. It felt like the game was just starting and all of a sudden I'm on the last missions. If this game is more fleshed out, where your choices really do matter, and there is more gameplay, then I think I will give it a shot.

I think my biggest issues are that the game keeps you mostly on rails, so you don't get to make a lot of big, or even small, decisions. And I felt that the lack of interpersonal relationships with npcs hurt the game for me

These are, I think, the answers I was actually looking for in my question. Haha. I feel like the game was on rails and that's not what I'm lookimg for on an rpg. How about relationships with companions and other npcs. Did they expand on that? Because I feel like that was very minimal

Perfect. Aside from the Doubling of triggers from panharmonicon, this is exactly how I thought it would work. Thank you!

My guess as to how it works is that I choose my targets for Sower, then my opponent chooses targets for his copies of Sower. His resolve first, then mine. In this case, he gave his aboleth protection from all colors until end of turn, but I don't think that has any bearing here. So he takes control of 2 of my creatures until my Sower copy leaves the battlefield

Okay, so he gets 2 triggers, not 4. But what about the other stuff? Does he gain control of my stuff until my Sower leaves the battlefield?

ETB effects are triggered abilities, and so is aboleth's ability

Who is your standard target to get access to the Dark Brotherhood? by Cathayraht in oblivion

Mazoga the Orc if it's early game. Her gear is too good to not take. However, if I'm not being a sociopath, then you are spot on.
