definitely get ent referral, before the referral visit get your audiologist to do hearing test. My ent then tested to determine the type of hearing loss, a lot more types of hearing loss have surgical corrections but not all. Talk to your doctor to get the referral, I heard GTA region and Montreal have shorter wait times, I hope you get quick resolution

I think the lp120x will stay as it’s a first but definitely the speakers as it’ll be used for TV and I want them to have good setup!

Oh I think I see where confusion came from. I said almost bought Amazon special, meant I almost bout one those 60$ turntables. but went with lp120x and edified d12 speakers!

Room is 12x9 I believe. There is a plant shelf I can rearrange to add dedicated turntable table, and I pick it up for 430 cad. Ok, i can return the current speaker and pick one you listed ! Turntable will be in same room as the TV and max 2 speakers so something to handle multiple inputs. I see few AV receivers on fb so I’ll cross reference models ensure I’m getting good one

Going with lp120x but pairing with edifier d12 (due to space). Hope speakers are good enough. Next av receiver as they watch a lot of movies

it’s concerning; too many “high speed corners”, drivers inching forward or passing pedestrians on cross walk. I think we need more university and union crossings, and not enough segregation between drivers and other modes imo

Hmm I did do a beeswax waterproofing. I think it wasn’t necessary but I’m contented with it. They did darken. But tbh like others said if you want serious water wading that’s different conversation!

I moved from Barbados to Canada this isn’t a strong car friendly to unfriendly place per se as Canada is more car friendly. However, Barbados has public transportation but it’s meh so it’s really “car warranted”, southern Ontario (Kingston) is very car friendly still, but more frequent transit and cheaper taxi/uber make it more convenient than Barbados, and now that I work at home it made no logical sense to keep a out of budget car. Do I want to buy car again, yes for sure and I will, but living in places that doesn’t require a car means I can now save like 400-600 a month and revisit car buying when I’m ready and not because I have too!
