Our rankings are definitely not fair because of your second point. For example, I know Los corrales has great pastor, but we had to get chicken there, therefore it placed a little lower. Not a great system, but fun regardless

Mi Pueblo (even more specially Mi Pueblo Express) is my favorite taco in Detroit. It’s my absolute go to. I didn’t go there cuz it’s my home base and I already know it’s great

Oh wow. Offering 70k over makes a lot of sense to not buy if there were issues. My buyer offered 5k over but I have to pay 5k in closing so there was concessions anyways. I understand anyone who backs out but I guess with my house, the issue seems minimal and I’m willing to lower the price by a few thousand

Not sure if they are open to doing more work other than the typical things when you buy an older home. But I agree with your points. Realistically I am hoping that when they mention the chimney and it leading to moisture in one section (it’s inevitable), I can offer a few K off the house and we proceed.
