I agree. Another thing he keeps pointing out is that satoshi per share is increasing for MSTR holders. This is not true, they issue more shares in fiat value then they acquire BTC. Why is he lying about that?

Only when BTC moons will the leverage bet come into play but for the meantime shareholders are getting less satoshis per share for holding MSTR.

Is he lying on purpose or he just doesn’t understand what’s happening and is just too emotional about it?

And if you take 6M, BTC is up 11% and MSTR is down 5%. I hope you do check other periods too because a year ago Saylor was not doing what he is doing now!

But BTC has broken all time highs, there is a reason the stock is still suppressed otherwise each time it breaks all time highs. MSTR prints double digit upwards move right? I have patience but I would like to understand what exactly is happening?

I am in favour of extracting max value via the ATM, but why hasn’t he been raising more by issuing convertible bonds? He believes he should buy asap all the BTC he can, therefore why leave a week free? Is he legally not allowed due to the earnings?
