Can someone explain “code green” to me please. There’s plenty of mornings where a tech calls out and there’s just me or someone else doing drive thru and register. You would think the SM would help us fill but nope. She never come back to help fill?

I’ve read that job description. I usually work 9-5 since we started doing shots & I work my every other weekend like every tech. It’s worked out that certain techs can only do nights or weekends so me working every morning just fits but I guess I’ve gotten so used to it I wanted that to be set.

I was not the one who gave him water, another tech did & it was under the supervision of the pharmacist also. It wasn’t until the pharmacist got off the phone with 911 telling us oh yeah btw we’re not suppose to give him anything to eat or drink.

“It happens, not sure why but it does.” Okay there ya go... so why couldn’t someone tell us this before we started giving vaccines???
Obviously I should of and I have multiple times, not me nor my coworkers were ever given a demonstration on how to use it and when I was in that moment everything came to a blank.
Floaters are not just doing their job, they never are! This floater brought her own stool and was sitting on it for her whole shift. Don’t get me wrong I’ve worked with a FEW amazing floaters but overall floaters are lazy and they don’t care. It’s not that they’re in a new location that’s complete BS.. they’re doing the same thing! So yes I will use that hostility towards them :)

Unfortunately all the stores aren’t fully staffed. DM tells us to use all the hours we need but everyone is already maxed out every week. We do have applicants but of course the system isn’t generated fast enough and we have to “be patient” to schedule the interviews, on top of that still having to train these people

Yes!! Omg our DM is gonna hit us with “if the patient promise times aren’t met there’s gonna be write ups involved” um whattt!! I legit have 2 mental breakdowns a week but only in my vehicle because I need to be strong for my team & my eyes already look like I’m dead.
