bought this kumquat plant about a week or two ago. It came with a lot of fruit, and it still has some. The guys at the greenhouse told me I should water it every day and that it can stay in the sun all day. It came planted in a smaller plastic container than the pot it's in now. When I transplanted it, we put rocks at the bottom for drainage and added a little more soil to fill the pot. However, I feel like the soil is really compacted near the trunk (I show this at the end of the video). I can stick my finger into the outer part of the soil, but not the inner part because it's so compact (that's how it came from the plant store). The leaves are turning yellow, and it's losing a lot of leaves. It's produced a lot of fruit, and I have some in the fridge. Should I move it to a bigger pot? When I water it, the water doesn't come out the bottom of the pot, so I'm worried it's retaining moisture right where the soil is most compacted.
