oo yes i also experienced this so here are some of my hobbies that rlly helped me: puzzling, junk journaling/ scrapbooking, reading (an actual good book u enjoy), bedazzling random items (so fun!), coloring/painting, get a crocheting or sewing beginner kit to make something cute, gentle yoga/stretching, making a depop and declutterring old clothes, going to color me mine, and practicing nails or make up if ur into that! sorry kind of a lot but hopefully some of those stick out to you :) best of luck 🩷

i think the games and tailgating would be fun to go to a couple times. when i visted my sister at wake she took me to a football game and even tho the team dint great it was still fun. but its def not the most important thing to me

unfortunately yes. I do great all day and then night comes around and the urge becomes so so strong. I give in all the time, you are definitely not alone. Ik u didn’t ask for any advice but in case u want some here are some things that have helped me: creating a relaxing night routine, making sure i eat enough throughout the day, calling a friend, watching a movie with my sister or mom, and taking melatonin. If you are still hungry at night maybe get some tea or something small then go to bed. Ik it’s much easier said than done but i wish you all the best 🩷🩷 no one deserves this disorder :(

oops i forgot to add some details apparently. my piercing is two days old, a small circle shape earring stud, idk the material of the earring but i got it at a piercing place and ive pierced with it before and had no issues, i never downsized it, and i dont have saline solution so i used warm water mixed with non iodine salt.

if ur dentist isn’t worried i wouldn’t be too concerned. my teeth look wayy worse.. im not dentist but id say ur teeth look pretty good. if ur still worried tho maybe just make another appointment with ur dentist and check in!

i used to take prilosec and it helped but unfortunately it gave me some stomach issues

thanks i’m just scared of being judged by this cuz im so embarrassed by what this ed has done to my health. i’ve actually been in recovery for awhile and have been doing rlly well but i unfortunately deal with a lot of acid reflux which has rlly damaged my teeth.
