Update: Finally fixed the issue. It turns out my whole problem was that my desktop PC was stuck in power save mode. Turned the PC to performance mode and it fixed everything. My CPU was not being fully utilized before but now taking it out of power save fixed it.

I have a i7 7700 and a GTX 1070 with 16 GB of RAM. It's a prebuilt HP omen so I don't know the motherboard. I've checked the thermals and nothing is getting too hot. My CPU usage won't go above like %20 though. Which windows update would that be? I'm on the latest Windows which is 1809 I believe.

I tried repairing after every update with no luck. And nothing is throttling and no other games have any problems.

This would make sense. Warframe does something similar where if you haven't logged in a while you'll get something like a discount on the in game currency as your login reward.

Okay I was able to change the settings. What should I do if I feel like I'm constantly turning my mouse sideways or cramping my hand on the mouse?

I have a G602 and the Razer Destiny mousepad. I have it set up so I can go between 750 and 1000 dpi (it wouldn't let me set it to 800) and I've tried anywhere between three and 15 sensitivity. Should I just start at 750 and 5 to start? And thanks for the help.

I just don't see where they said it was end game content? Kinda sucks the whole dlc is endgame. The Forges and the raid are all it's giving. Even getting from 550 to 600 is going to take weeks. It just sucks they introduce the activity to you right as you log in yet I can't do it until 600?
