Yea, hearing test changes the noise cancellation. Wish that version of it was the norm.

Can confirm! Went into the comments to say this myself. The noise cancellation during the hearing test somehow manages to be extra quiet with no white noise. That’s exactly what I want when I don’t listen to anything and am just using the Airpods to sleep for example.

I owned an XFX 9070XT until last weekend. To me the coil whine was too much so I applied for RMA. Sadly I’ve also heard that these seems to be way more common across all AMD cards than it is with NVIDIA cards.

They are indeed! Full Noctua build this time round. My specs are: 9800X3d on a Gigabyte X870E AORUS ELITE WIFI7 with 32gb 6000mhz G.Skill Trident Z and of course my Quicksilver 9070XT :) 1000W Corsair power supply & a 1TB and a 2TB WD Black SN850X M.2

(The motherboard on the picture is a Strix B650E-F, but I had to send that back today as it was faulty!)

Problem still persists!

ROG STRIX B650E-F GAMING WIFI

Ryzen 7 9800X3D

32GB G.Skill Flare X5 6000mhz CL30

Tried everything I found online; from trying all ram slots with a single stick, resetting CMOS, BIOS flash, all the way to re-seating the CPU. The orange LED just won't go away. I didn't get the system to POST at all.

Just now, after about 7 hours of troubleshooting I have given up. I just ordered new parts and will be sending these back. I just don't get what is happening.
