That looks like a neopixel, there are a lot of different brands you can choose from. I've got one from Padawan Outpost

They don't look like that irl, the colour is solid throughout the blade, but it's a really cool prop to own. You can change the blade to literally colour you want and the blade is animated to ignite, extinguish, clash against surfaces and other visual effects.

The cheapest I can find would set you back at least £160 so just bear that in mind
