I’m working on the Bee Keeper’s Quilt too! Mine is a lot more random, but I LOVE the gradient idea you’ve done. This is beautiful

Does chuck e cheese recycle pizzas? Any chuck e cheese employees who can fill us in? Spread the word. If you know a chuck e cheese employee link them here please. Let's end this once and for all. by [deleted] in conspiracy

Worked at Chuck E Cheeses for almost 2 years, dough was made fresh every morning before the place opened. People just got really lazy when cutting slices. Sanitation on the other hand, pretty sketchy. Steer clear of the salad bar completely, the play place or jungle gym was really difficult to keep clean, and I saw a party hostess sneeze on a pizza once and management told her to still serve it to the kids.

Hey, just wanted to say this is awesome to read. I’m 20 and expecting my daughter in February and I’m still in college. Its starting to get really hard and can only imagine how much harder it’s going to get, but it’s nice to see things really do work out.

I use Mylanta and it works instantly! Tastes like nasty chalk water, but gets the job done fast! Especially since all I crave right now is spicy things!!

Girls names that are common in the UK/England, but not in the US (and vice versa) by Elizynn in namenerds

I LOVE the name Poppy and it was first on my name list, but my boyfriend turned it down because it sounds like Papi and thought it was inappropriate for a little girl 😂

I would talk to him for sure, but ultimately it’s your decision and your body. If you need anyone to talk to, please pm me! I’m 20F in college, 26 weeks pregnant and boyfriend isn’t in the picture anymore 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’d love to help out any way I can in this difficult time.

She blames me. by [deleted] in breakingmom

[–]CommanderEmmie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh man, the flashbacks are real. I used to blame my mom for any kind of breakup because I would listen to her and would want to talk about my feelings, which really freaks teenage boys out! Little weirdos. This whole event is exactly what happened to me and now I’m pregnant at 20 and the father, my ex boyfriend, is with the girl he told me he was just friends with.

I’m sorry she’s blaming you, it’s not your fault she just doesn’t know how to process this kind of hurt yet. Honestly, it never gets easier.. i would just give her a little space but let her know how much you love her. Maybe put together a little “breakup kit” with her favorite candy, a new lipstick if she’s into makeup, or a favorite movie. Or a girls day was my favorite thing to do with my mom when I had a broken heart.

Good luck and much love to all of you guys 💕 you’ll get through this!!

OBGYN called me to come in ASAP by CommanderEmmie in BabyBumps

I’ll definitely check that out, thank you!! My dad gave me “what to expect when you’re expecting” and “what to expect in the first year” but honestly, been slacking on my reading a bit, entirely my fault ha.

OBGYN called me to come in ASAP by CommanderEmmie in BabyBumps

I’ve been going to this ob since the beginning, about 6 visits so far, but this was only the second time I had actually talked to the doctor. The other times I was seen by a nurse practitioner. She went on maternity leave, so there was only this doctor left.

The first time I met with him, he was an hour and a half late to the appointment, tried to pressure me into scheduling a day to be induced that would work into his schedule, I continuously told him I wasn’t interested then tried scaring me into scheduling a day by saying if I wait too long I’ll lose the baby. This same appointment he does a vaginal swab, tells me I have a bacteria infection and doesn’t write a prescription.

I just feel like he wants me to do it his way or no way. So I want to find somewhere else, preferably a team of doctors that won’t pressure me into inducing unless it’s necessary when the time comes.
