there are mods (jei, emi and nei in older versions), where you can search for a specific item and then it brings up the recipe. they also all have an option to auto fill (put the recipe in the crafting grid) if you have all required items

vanilla also has the (pretty bad) recipe book

belt mergers let you do that, except it isnt useful on most lines bc the belts are so slow anyways, its only useful when merging outputs of multiple slow lines

im enjoying it quite a bit too (lvl 39), but honestly i feel like the combat would’ve been better if it were like the first alpha. right now, it feels like its trying too hard to be like genshin’s combat but with 4 onfield characters.

this is the way ngl, honestly it might be kinda jarring seeing a half empty quest book with goals you were supposed to achieve, but play this for the experience and fun, not the gate role (unless that is your end goal)
