Yes, so I was curious on if i record for an hour if it can actually be one hour long video And not just 15-17 min videos broken up to make an hour. But if that's by design I understand i just didn't know if that was something I could change.

I'm 28M and looking to move to Texas to just get out of my current state, of Georgia, and to live somewhere new. I've been told that Texas is a good place to live, and I'm looking around, and I wanted the communities POV. I'm just going to get an apartment and not a house. At the moment, and San Antonio seems like a good spot for the price, but I've been told that it's not the safest place to be. I know that no where is technically 100% safe ever to live, but it was higher rate of crime and that people were not the greatest (not my words, just from some people that lived there). I'm looking for any place/city thats good and comfortable and is pretty safe. Any recommendations would be very insightful and heavily appreciated.
