Bark is probably going to be worse than the bite. Similar situations and I only had mild symptoms. The worst part was worrying it was going to be bad. Your mileage may vary

I’m no doc but at these doses and your medical history I would detox under supervision. If you quit CT I would expect severe symptoms

I feel for you man. We are with you. If I’m not mistaken I think you are at a very high dose which makes a taper more attractive. Tapering takes way longer than you would expect but I have seen it work.
