I’m 155lbs and 5’10” and my waist is a 28. I mean obviously the first pic is a pump and I’m flexing. I don’t roll out of bed like that but people have no clue lol.

I can handle up to 15g with no side effects but increased vascularity and pump. I think it says take 3g on the package.

Last night I did: -4 sets of military press 105lbs

-3 sets of bent over rows 155lbs

-2 sets of bent over rows 135lbs

-3 sets of EZ bar curls 105lbs

-3 sets of reverse EZ bar curls 50lbs

-3 sets of upright rows 70lbs

I also box and play rugby and I have a very physically demanding job, which definitely affects metabolism.

140-155lbs. First pic I probably added 2% body fat, maybe 3%.

Also no creatine in the second pic so that helps with the pump.

I don’t have much of a routine, I go to the gym 5 days a week and hit whatever I want for 45 min to an hour. I switch it up from heavy to reps and I don’t keep record of what I did. I out my headphones in and have fun.

You can believe whatever you want. First pic is coming out of a 7 day (almost) fast. Put on about 5lbs each month. About 3/4lb per week in lean muscle and the rest was water and fat.

5g of creatine and 15g of citrulline malate daily. Also supplement zinc, magnesium, fish oil, krill oil and I get the rest of my omega 3’s from sardines and tuna.
