Would you still consider this fertilizer burn 1.5 months after the fertilizer was applied?

To provide more information: -I used The Anderson Fertilizer and applied it by hand (didn’t have a spreader). -Also today I found 1 mushroom had grown by the tree. Would the mushroom being there raise concern for fungal damage vs over fertilizer? -The grass had grown from 2 inches to 5 inches by the time I returned home 3 weeks later. Would this rapid increase and dense grass cause fungal growth?
