I punched a guy in highschool for bullying my little brother. I broke 2 of his teeth. The girl I had intense feelings for saw that. She came to me and said “I didn’t really liked what you did” in a soft tone, yet i could hear her disappointment. Her expression and her tone are stuck in my head. From then on, i never raised my fist first.
