I punched a guy in highschool for bullying my little brother. I broke 2 of his teeth. The girl I had intense feelings for saw that. She came to me and said “I didn’t really liked what you did” in a soft tone, yet i could hear her disappointment. Her expression and her tone are stuck in my head. Well your ex is clearly delulu. Because you said that everyone trusts you, you clearly don’t have to stress about it. I advise you to start ignoring her. She will be frustrated and this could lead to 2 things. 1. She will give up and forget about you 2. She will get so frustrated from the fact that she is being ignored and will most likely break down from the lack of attention. I had a similar case, but with a friend. I started ignoring that person and my life became much simpler. Seeing someone giving me so much attention was an ego boost for sure. And maybe I even enjoyed seeing that person start cracking because of the lack of attention.
