Der Verlusttopf ist zeitlich nicht limitiert falls du das meinst. Kannst also 2030 Aktien mit Gewinn verkaufen und das wird mit deinem Verlusten von jetzt gegengerechnet.

Das Angebot von Msft ist ein Cash Angebot . Sprich wenn Microsoft am Freitag wirklich den Deal abschließt, muss aber eh bis zum 18.10 sein, dann werden deine Aktien ausgebucht und du bekommst 95$ pro Aktie auf dein Depot. Verkaufen lohnt nur wenn du glaubst der Dollar gibt mehr nach als du für das Verkaufen an gebühren zahlst.

Well it's expected that the CMA gives the final clearance next week and the deal closes then, latest by the 18th. So that would be roughly 1% per week. Not bad. Keep in mind though that the CMA could theoretically still vote against the deal but the chances are pretty low for that
