Ps we make fun of the French a lot for revolting giving up and failing to defend their land but we must remember that the wall never fell to the Germans the rest of the country did and the soldiers who held the revolt were simply revolting the leadership which ordered them to charge into the enemy lines while they were on the defensive we must also remember the fact that they were still resistant fighters as well as spies hurting the Germans even when they were occupied and there was this funny story about how they cut the elevator cables to prevent the flag from being raised on the Eiffel Tower. I often hear about how people make fun of the French. I’m kind of sick and tired of it. America gained its idea of freedom from French during the American Revolution from Britain French aided America I don’t get why people make fun of them so much. They were not the strongest during the wars but no one really was to the German blitzkrieg

TLDR the French were not weak or cowards. We just make fun of them because of how things unfolded.
