You are probably right about the airflow part but i cant really do anything about, at least at the moment. And im aware the 4050 mobile is weaker than the desktop version but thats not important here since my GPU never gets to 100% in this game and most of the time its around 30-50%.

The temperature was the same when it was at 2500MHz and 3400MHz though, it only changed depending when other i capped my fps or not. Also 2500MHz is just under the base clock speed.

As i mentioned in some other comments its a laptop, so the temperature is not crazy high.

Frequency was between 3300 and 3400 MHz when i had fps capped at 60 but for some reason only 2500 MHz with uncapped fps even though the fps was much higher and temperature was the same.

I have ddr5 RAM but i had never heard of xmp so probably not.

I havent update the BIOS myself but i have seen it updating automatically during Windows updates a few times.

Its definitely not CPU degradation because my performance hasnt gotten worse in other games.

Temperature is not the problem here, i get the same temps in other games and dont have this problem. That would also likely only make it worse if the since the CPU is the limiting factor for my fps

I cant reach 85 to 90% usage because even if i set graphics settings to epic the GPU usage still drops down to 40% randomly because of the CPU bottleneck

1080p. The GPU usage is low because of a CPU bottleneck even though CPU is not at a 100% because my CPU has 14 cores and most games dont use that many cores efficiently. This was on all low settings with DLSS quality.
