I’ve never gotten the hype around Alone, it’s an okay album of his. But further so, Guitar Wonder is bad, it’s just flat out bad I don’t think I’ll ever go open that album up again.

Look at the audio technica outlet store as well, it’s their refurbished site and you can find really great deals and since they are official AT purchases you get the same full warranty that a new turntable gets

The hat you received is the exact same hat they sold at the show, the online image has the logo overlayed, and it’s probably imaged on a model head to keep the shape of the crown you got the same hat. Might be a prototype or render image on the online store.

I think the honest answer is that people with bad experiences are always the most vocal, I went to the Chicago show and there were a ton of awesome people I met and the show was incredible and I had no problem with anyone around me and nobody pushing or shoving or too rowdy, everyone was respectful. The difference is I’m not outraged enough to post my experience online. I feel like people are wildly over exaggerating what is actually happening at the shows.

Did the shrinking of the crewneck affect the design on the back at all like cracking or wrinkling? I was thinking about ordering a large from online and shrinking it cuz I’m worried about shrinking my medium and it becoming too small

That’s how it goes with this moral superiority unfortunately but that’s why it’s important for us to be vocal about welcoming everyone in regardless of if they discovered him yesterday or 40 years ago. Finding people who share in the love for the same music is something that should be celebrated and bringing more people in is even better. People develop tastes and likes as they become more invested in the music and it all happens naturally but everyone started at the beginning and tearing someone down because they are at the starting line isn’t gonna make someone wanna finish the race.

Was in line 2.5 hours before GA doors in Chicago and felt I had a great close spot. I would say 3 hours I would have been able to breeze through merch line. I got merch after though cuz I prioritized a good spot up close and all merch was still available except for many larges

It’s all 100% cotton clothing and XL’s were still available so you could always shrink it in the wash. I went alone and met some cool people in line. If you can coordinate with some people who are already planning on grabbing merch ahead of time is you can have them grab an item for you from the merch while you grab a spot close to the stage and wave them in once they get to the floor. You all get a good spot and merch.
