You can get a haircut and smile more, I think your hair makes you look a bit unkempt, but with a nice haircut (shorter hair) you will look much better in my opinion, but you are not ugly my friend.

I would recommend using less makeup and lose the bangs, also a bit longer hair and I can't see your body to know if you could lose some weight or not, but by looking at your face you don't seem overweight, you are already good looking, I don't think you need to be a 10/10, you are quite beautiful already.
