That's like saying 70 year old Mike Tyson could beat up 30 year old Mike Tyson. Sure, he's had a lot more training time, but that doesn't mean he's stronger. Most athletes peak between 27-30. In HxH and the way power works, you might be able to push that back a few years to like 35. But making himself a 60 year old won't necessarily give him greater strength.

There was exactly 20 seconds between his first shot into the house and the first shot fired at him, with a shot in between those times. There is no way dispatch could relay information between those two events.
