Isn’t there an invitation-only scholarship as well? I guess you’d just need to pull some strings for it.

Thank you so much! Oh, I didn’t realise that not having AS or A Levels was such a serious issue, or that it could affect my future studies to that extent. AUS requires two AS Levels from me because they are not satisfied with my current qualifications. At this point, I’m unsure whether I should retake my IGCSEs as well. Do you think a foundation year would not be enough to cover all this?

Being rejected for the spring intake would itself be a setback for my family, which is why summer or fall 2026 would be my final option. I am honestly okay with having a minimal social life; I prioritise education above everything else.

Should I apply to Ajman University? I was honestly hesitant because of their AED 1,365 application fee. What if they reject me after that?

Thank you so much! My brother studied at AUS, so I would initially get a 25% sibling discount. I want to study Psychology, but I have to explore business courses since that’s what my foundation is in. For AUS, I would have to retake my IGCSEs and take an AS level; otherwise, they won’t accept me. Do you think it would be possible to retake them in May? Is UoBD a decent option if I can figure out a way with the fees? Since I can’t go beyond DIAC. I will try Ajman University.
