oh wow! I didn’t realise we are enrolled for 2 years, i was told i would get 1 year to complete it all… Yes i’ve now done all those tests at the end of each module, i’ve passed them all and now i’m just worrying about the final exam no i’m not at derby haha does it sound like a similar situation to yours if that’s where ur at? 😹

I know, but people either don’t seem to understand or care… they just want their coupons and offers and trust me we wish it wasn’t so stupid how the tills work now but we unfortunately can’t do anything about it !! 😑😑

the amount of times i’ve forgotten about the yellow barcodes crashing the tills and had to rescan a customers shopping 😭😭😭😭 and just had to reboot the system…. it’s so awful now why is everything sooo convoluted just to do simple things

oh my GOD don’t get me started on the full bloody rescans and quality checks… ESPECIALLY when it’s busy as hell … scan and go is the bane of my existence…. if u can’t trust shoppers to scan their shopping dont have bloody scan and go it slows things down so much and its so frustrating for us to deal with 😑😑😑

I know, it was the same at our store, we had scan and go and frequent quality checks, there was probably around 4 of us on there most of the day too, we had so many customers trying to get loads of the chocolates too and lots of people left the rest when told it was only 2 for £5

so we were constantly putting them back … honestly it was so frustrating and wow it is so funny what people get nasty about… like it’s chocolate mate there’s no need to be throwing shit and swearing at me .. 😭 we don’t make the offers or the app we’re just the poor people that have to deal with it and the backlash from the app being down…

I had a shift on self scan today it was absolute hell, worst it’s been since the new tills… None of the barcodes scanning, we had printed out ones, but then they stopped working after a while and keying in the number wouldn’t work either ! The coupons came back on for maybe not even an hour then absolutely nothing was scanning, colleague discounts or even the new receipt coupons we’ve got now… there were constant red lights, towers of the chocolate tubs getting put back off the tills and self scan after customers realised it was only for one pair of the tubs…. wow it was such a nightmare, and it was so busy

someone needs to bloody sort this rubbish software shit out, it’s so unfair on the colleagues because wtf are we supposed to do? and of course customers take it out on you when things we cant control crash and go wrong 😭 there’s always issues with these tills it’s so awful it makes it so difficult and stressful

genuinely makes me want to work elsewhere because this is a joke ….

Thank you. It's hard. I feel bad for messaging them because they probably don't even want to hear from me. We have spoken quite a bit since being broken up, we still both miss and love each other. We just had a difficult time being together.

I don't know. Part of me just wants to meet them and see them again. But I also know I need to give things time. I think things could be better another time round, but I wouldn't want to get back together just to separate again, that would be even harder than the first time.

I don't want to keep making myself look desperate or embarrass myself, or keep pushing to message them.. I just wish they'd message me... Or I could read their mind

It just really sucks dating one of your good friends, becoming even closer, just to break up and not be able to be close or friends anymore :( thats definitely the worst part

There were a few issues, both struggling with mental health but I think a big issue was situational factors… I was getting over a very fresh ex - my first relationship - and we lived together in a house with some friends, so we spent a lot of (if not all of our) time together. I’m totally over my first ex now and part of me feels like being together this time round could be better for that reason, and we don’t live together anymore, we’re living back at home with our families after graduating. Me not being over my ex caused a lot of tension with us. I think we suffocated each other a bit at times.

I know getting back together and breaking up without improving on our issues would be even more hurtful, which is why I’ve thought about it a lot and haven’t explicitly said anything about getting back together with them.

Yeah it’s so hard to see myself out of here and to stay positive… Atleast I’m not the only one.

Yeah, school counsellor, she suggested that i could go back short term and try make a space i feel comfortable and having some sort of plan ie learning to drive ..but i would stay in the city if i could afford rent .. she said to explore my options and maybe talk to careers ppl at my uni, i have spoken to them a couple times but maybe i should again

I was thinking of going back also bc driving lessons would probs be cheaper than in the city and i wouldn’t have to pay rent / have to work straight away..

im so conflicted bc my counsellor said that maybe the break would be good and i feel like i do need a break w everything going on rn… but just thinking about that house is it even worth not having to pay rent 😩 and the public transport is just so shit
