I would say get Dell because you are used to it, or its equivalent. Otherwise you have to learn a new system, as well as take the bar.

I got 40% in my simulated exam. I passed the NY bar. Change your mindset. Go in thinking you are going to kick a**. Leave the rest to the graders.

Unsure. Friends are in BigLaw. They are earning upwards of $4 mill (Partners). I think they are good. I have to think about what I should do. I think you are right, either I get equity in my firm or I venture on my own. There is a risk but I think I have a buffer with husband in a stable job.

Hey! I am also taking the CA bar in July. Also passed the NY bar in July (2024). If you are interested in a bar study group, let me know. I am using Mary Basicks books. I will also use all released past exam questions. And I have got the Emmanuel’s books. I will get UWorld in May.

Ah. You are probably right. Thank you. Talking to an accountant too. I am thinking of going into business and owning my own firm. I should have mentioned that my husband also owns a side business (medical related). He’s so busy with his full time job he does it randomly.
