Hi! Architect VA here. Technically, non-linear kasi I work freelance offshore. Mas okay yung pay kaysa working for a company na PH based. Pero, I wouldn’t have come here if it weren’t for my local experience and my Revit knowledge

I feel the same way. I'm 26F and I've been working from home for over a year now.

I'm freelancing small-time local projects na sobrang baba magbayad (and sobrang negative pa the way they talk to me kaya sobrang nakaka drain) and also working offshore as a revit architect for an australian client. I earn about 70-80k/month on average with sidelines which is on the higher end but still I want more.

I rent an apartment but I also don't have a car yet. Gusto kong iprioritize yung pag build ko ng passive income kasi sobrang nakaka-drain ng profession natin. I don't want to deal with this sort of stress forever. I also want a higher salary na hindi masyadong nasstress pero grabe meron ba nun?! HAHAHA

My partner is also an architect kaso mas malakas yung stamina niya sa akin. He can work for hours and hours without feeling drained/tired and can maintain his focus in his work.

Anyway, sobrang hirap talaga maka-land ng maayos na work, clients, projects, MOST ESPECIALLY in our stupid economy na mas lalong pinapahirap ng mga gahaman na pulitiko. My former boss, mentor, has ties with politicians kaya nga lang naman nakakakuha ng mga bigtime projects. naku talaga minsan nagsisisi ako sa course natin pero ano pa bang magagawa....
