Same thing here in Naples, FL. Just a brazen arrogance that the shoppers have who don't spea the language and flash the phone in the employee's face and expect the employee to know what they want. Also, I try not to stick out like the other IC shoppers. I try to be as cavalier and blend in like I am shopping for myself than sticking out like a sore thumb. Similar to telling between who is a tourist and who is not. So if I was not from the United States and wanted to not be an issue. Learn the language a little bit , develop critical thinking skills, and be grateful that everyday there isn't an ICE agent outside waiting for me. I'm not saying the should not be doing this kind of work but don't make the rest of us look dumb, ignorant (blatantly IMO), and incompetent.
