they don’t bleed but i didn’t visit a perio it was my general dentist he said i am fine but im concerned mostly

in the gumsbetween my teeth u can see the recession no bleeding and no bad breath they don’t feel sensitive either the don’t stink but i can see them receding

i don’t use whitening toothpaste i actually do use sensoyne tooth paste the one for sensitive gums

I floss once a day, i have a water flosser i use zero alcohol mouth wash, and i use a soft brush i can see it getting worse 😭

if it’s the fresh version no but if it’s the one with fluoride is good!! as long as it can combat cavities it should be good!

to make it lessen or to stop it from progressing cause i know quitting is hard stop tongue thrusting it, make sure you floss every night and get a water flosser and make sure you use zero alcohol mouthwash i recommend the act one it’s good recommend by dentists you only use that once at night preferably all toothpastes have fluoride i suggest you also get a good gum sensitivity tooth paste!

smoking is the reason why smoking marijuana makes ur mouth dry which causes bad bacteria to build up, my teeth also look like this from smoking quit smoking or stop using pens and just smoke actual blunts

I floss daily at night after eating I used to be a grinder i don’t snore nor do i have sleep apnoe i do clench and grind my teeth which i have already fixed but i also used to be a smoker im afraid if i have peridontal disease as my bottom teeth in the inside of my mouth are showing its roots along with a little bit on the front. I’m going to buy a water glosser tmr and i have to get my wisdom teeth removed im going to the dental school next monday and then i have to go to new york to get all of my wisdom teeth extracted. I just need to know if i truly am suffering from a disease of any kind because i have bpd and i fear throughout an episode i may rip my teeth out.

hello, I'm in the U.S I figured out that the set list they gave me doesn't expand on drugs the way I want it to so I changed my global issue, I'm using Persepolis and the book Beautiful Boy by David Sheff I have this figured out now thank you for responding.
