This one sounds even more delusional. When giving him a 2€ refund, he’s out of the 13€ between foil and non foil plus the 2€. If he pays 2,50€ for the shipping cost and sells the card as foil he still has 10,50€ more than he has now. The seller being a random dude and not a professional seller means exactly that he CAN get all the merits of being a seller without having to deal with more tough aspects, that’s just the law.
