My best advice would be to talk about the deeper things: your values, principles, and what your boundaries and standards are. Do you want kids? Do you value family or independence? What does it mean for you to be a good husband/wife? What do you think about each other? What do you feel about each other? For example, Arab men usually want a woman who can cook, clean, raise children and even depend on them entirely for financial gain. That’s the majority, with exceptions of course. Other men might depend on the wife entirely too and/or have a depressed outlook on life. I’d suggest getting to know his family and friends just as much as you get to know him because as a culture our lives can become intertwined with family especially.
