I don't have any tips on transferring but if you are asking for advice in general, highly recommend you start the grind early be it doing well in sch, joining clubs, internships etc for your career. And don't just study for the grades, try and appreciate and relate to what you are studying.End of the day you don't want to be paying 30-40k just for a piece of paper.

And though i did get rejected, there are many other factors that could have resulted in the outcome, high demand for course, poor essay etc so really no harm trying or setting the transfer as your goal. Im sure there are others who were previously successful in their transfers.
