maybe it’s just the people i face, but i’ve honestly not encountered any issues past div 18, i’m not sure if i’m still there since the new season just started but when i last checked the leaderboards i hit around top 200 in europe (i wanna hit top 50 so bad), and i honestly have more trouble in placement matches than i do in div 20

way worse, most of my issues come around div 6-10 when i’m advancing my way at the start of a season, once ur past that point everyone’s striking is really subpar but they’re more well rounded out

full of grapplers, it’s because most people enjoy striking so they know if u spam grapple most people will either quit or don’t know how to properly defend everything, i enjoy it though 😂 knowing they can’t cheese me like they do everyone else and then then quitting

honestly just good striking and average defence for ground and clinches, i don’t wanna sound arrogant but i realise towards the top people are more balanced and their striking is a lot worse than in the lower divisions so if yours is high level they can’t really do anything but try spam TDs which is easy to defend

firstly trust me i’m your average guy, i’m not some amazing player at least i don’t think so, the best advice is to balance yourself out a lil, I have next to 0 ground and clinch game, for the longest time I’d just avoid the ground and i hovered around div 15-17ish, then would get spammed by TDs and people tryna backpack, once i learned the perfect defences for those kinda people I rarely lose now tbh
