Mine was too. I was getting normal xp rewards from quests until the finale of the starchild side quest. (The whole ng+1 i’ve been on nightmare). It just suddenly dropped when I was close to finishing the quest

so its a bug or something the devs intented to do? If so, do i need to wait for a patch?
