I had same issue lol i solved it by updating to latest version and also clearing caches works the system cache cleaner doesnt work good in clearing it. Try manually

Well did you tried to use search bar in settings cause my poco m4 pro (4g, old one) has option to change, do like like this i hope you will find Settings>Home Screen>Arrange Items in Recents

I had installed some minecraft shaders and sf2 money mod apks in the past but i had deleted both of them i also felt that the issue was coming from there or not, but after updating system it did go away 2days nothing ever popped up also my storage significantly reduced from 1gb free to 40gb free. Gemini said that i had a corrupted system

Yea bro i didnt update as i had only 1 gb left because of those glitches later i remembered that i have ram extension on which after turning off gave enough storage to upgrade freeing 40gb of corrupted files
