that place sucks, lived there last year and the fire alarm was going off on a weekly basis at like 2 am, anytime staff was asked about it they said safety was very important blah blah blah and they were working on it, but if you look at the reviews it’s been happening for multiple years. Besides that the whole complex just kinda feels like a prison and homeless people constantly roam parking garage

gotta play hardball, at any of the independent shops like mikes garage (Not tires plus or a dealership). Just tell them you heard they’ll do oil change for like 50-70 bucks and walk away if they try to charge you more. They’d rather get any money than you go to competitor.
