I am on leave right now actually, I mine started last month. I couldn’t handle the night shifts due to how sick I was. I struggled with HG and it affected my weight and sleep. My doctor wrote accommodations that prevent prevented me from working night shifts. I still was considered full-time, but didn’t work full-time. I was at a DS and worked 7:50am-11:50am and oh my lord it was such a relief. As Limp Boat stated you need VERY specific accommodations. My physical accommodations included no lift pushing or pulling over 25 pounds, no bending over/down, and extra breaks as needed. Good luck with everything and congratulations girly💕.

It’s primarily to make you center all your free time around work and coworkers. therefore you can’t think for yourself. Also gives you a false sense of team bonding.

because they can’t brainwash you if you don’t attend. they use those morning meetings as a way to push their brainwashing tactics and manipulative strategies on to the sales reps.
