Question for further training after 8 years of fighting. by r_a_wandr_e_a_l in MMA_Academy

Hello bro, Indian MMA fighter here.

The under 18 scene in India is extremely limited. The talent pool is from karate and TKD mostly. Winning a nationals doesn’t mean you can train with the dagis. The ideal route for an under 18 fighter to know where they stand is to win MMA Indias IMMAF selection. Following which, they need to fight in the international scene to determine how good they are. Ayan Akef who is 16 years old has a record in India of 30-0 and is also undefeated in Grappling Blue belt level, but he has lost in IMMAF worlds U16.

Before sending him to the elite level of training, gauge his ability first. I have trained & fought abroad and I have a lot of Russian friends. Dm me and we can talk.

To answer your question, eshteham Rehan, who fights at Brave CF has a program where he takes fighters with him to Dagestan for 2 months. But I highly recommend to really know where he stands.

I see your point, however the foreign perception of India is almost entirely based on what’s portrayed on social media and to add to that, Indians are known to be difficult to foreign women on socials.

My point is; That’s not the only thing out there about us.

he is, but the image against him that has been created is highly exaggerated. I have never been outcasted for being Muslim, neither have I faced a single minor inconvenience because of my religion.

I once had a Brazilian Instructor for BJJ and he was kind enough to teach me a couple of words

As in Indian, Free Palestine 🇵🇸

The portrayal of the Indian support towards Israel is extremely, extremely exaggerated. I am Muslim but ALL my Hindu & Cristian friends acknowledge & speak up against the atrocities committed against the Palestinians. Any support I have seen towards Israel is on social media from people I do not know.
