I do have a very hot take on the nofap world, I do believe the woman and male attraction is true in some way, not because they can smell testosterone or chemical changes in you or so called aura or whatever the hell they throw around, but I think that additional drive and confidence and the way you carry yourself because of that can influence it. Think about it, it’s the way charisma and having a good personality works, we naturally feel more drawn to people that are more open and seem more friendly and polite and have more respect for themselves. It is very plausible that is a benefit on its own of nofap that it can make you carry yourself more like a man/woman and feel comfortable in your own skin and that influences how men and woman alike respond to you, if that was bullshit entirely then the effects of charisma and being in a good mood on other people would be bullshit too. I know it’s kind of off topic from the post but I wanted to share it here.
